Fan Contest Terms and Conditions

From time to time we want to reward our players with exciting contests and prizes. Laid out below are the terms and conditions ("Contest Terms") that govern your participation and submission of materials to the contests organized or sponsored by Trailmix LTD (company number 11032446) having its registered office at Trailmix Games, Third Floor, 20 Old Bailey, London, United Kingdom, EC4M 7AN. Trailmix's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and other policies also govern your participation to the contests.By submitting material or otherwise participating in the contests, you agree to be bound by these Contest Terms and by Trailmix’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as defined herein. Please note that you need to be, at least, 13 years of age or older in order to participate in the contests. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, please make sure that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Contest Terms.
1. CONTEST RULES
The more detailed information related to each contest, including the contest rules, participation period, prizes, eligibility criteria and other such matters, are determined by Trailmix and informed to all participants in the contest notice.
Participation in the contests is free of charge and no purchase is necessary to participate. Each participant may only make one submission to each contest (unless otherwise stated in the contest rules) and it must be your original work. Please note that you need to submit your entry prior to the given deadline in order to qualify for the contest. The winners of each contest will be determined in accordance with the contest rules.Trailmix will confirm the results and this decision by Trailmix is final and binding. Entries which are incomplete, removed, corrupt or ineligible will not be accepted. Trailmix will notify the winners together with instructions on how to claim the prize in question. Trailmix may cancel or suspend the contest or otherwise alter the contest rules if that is reasonably necessary, for example, due to technical problems, fraud or other such reasons not controlled by Trailmix. Trailmix may also disqualify any participant who is acting in violation of these Contest Terms, the contest rules, applicable law or the relevant policies of Trailmix or in an inappropriate or disruptive manner. You must comply with the laws that apply to you in the location that you submit your entry. Please do not enter our contests where doing so would breach the laws of your country, including any export or sanctions laws. Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes each participant’s consent to Trailmix’s and its agents’ post or use of participant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state or province for any purpose in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
2. OUR USE OF YOUR FAN CONTENT
Some contests may require you to create content in order to participate in a contest. We may from time to time use, distribute, improve or modify your Fan Content without compensation in a manner we consider reasonable, for example by using it in our games, reposting it in our online channels or using it in our marketing activities.
3. PRIZES
All prizes are personal and non-transferable and no substitutions of prizes will be available (except that Trailmix reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize). Each prizewinner is responsible for all taxes, customs and other public fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. If you fail to claim your prize within one (1) month of closing date of the contest, your claim will become invalid and we may select another prizewinner. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.
4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND LAW
If a dispute arises between you and Trailmix, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution by contacting our support team support@trailmixgames.com. All contests are organized by Trailmix and you agree that, unless otherwise provided in mandatory legislation, all disputes between you and Trailmix shall be governed by English law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against Trailmix must be resolved exclusively by a court located in England.
4. OTHER TERMS
Any contests or promotions organized or sponsored by Trailmix under these terms are in no way organized, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other third party platform. You understand that you are providing your information to Organizer and not to Facebook, Instagram or any other third party platform.
If you have any questions about these Contest Terms or any of the contests, please contact us directly by reaching to our support team support@trailmixgames.com. These Contest Terms are part of the Trailmix’s Terms of Service, and we may modify them at any time. In the event a provision of these Contest Terms conflicts with a term of the Terms of Service, these Contest Terms take precedence with respect to any issues related to fan contests.
