About the Role

As a Product Designer, you will be part of a talented team of designers and be responsible for developing and growing our games. The core responsibility of the Product Design function is to collaborate on the team to move the vision of the Design Spec through the feature lifecycle. On Discovery, your role is to bring in Player Insights to the team, sharing knowledge gathered through interpreting playtest results and market trends.

On Development, the Product Design function pitches the stakeholders, together with the design team, what’s necessary to have as part of the first playable of a feature. They should also be responsible for collaboration with the Art team on how to move low fidelity mockups to the high-quality end result that matches the standard of the game they’re working with.

On Lifecycle Management, the Product Designer should react to player feedback and understand the user facing moving parts of the feature that can be used to support Product Managers in their effort to optimize the live operations of the game
